Ten years ago this would have fallen under the category of "harmless prank." Today, it falls under the category of "1.5 million dollars spent to overreact to our fear o blinking boxes." Afterwards, I really hated hearing how the Boston Police officials were patting themselves on the back for such a quick (although unnecessary and costly) response. America, nay the world needs to stop giving credence to people that are laughing their collective asses off watching us jump when they didn't even say "boo."
